Exclamation Unit Emblems

I was wondering if anyone may know what the unit emblems were for the following units ?

My uncle was in them prior to 2.(F) Aufkgr 11 Kharkov

1) II./Fernaufklarungschwader 101 Perleburg

2) I./Erganzungs-Fernaufklarungsgruppe Saloniki

Thanks

Re: Unit Emblems

Hi DGoss1

I cannot help with II./F.A.G.101 but I do have this badge from I./F.A.G.101, which appears on a photo album presented to RK-Träger Werner Breese. I have not personally seen it published anywhere and wonder if II. Gruppe had a related emblem....

Re: Unit Emblems

I have this emblem said to have belonged to FAG 101. It is of little help though.

Re: Unit Emblems

Luftfahrtverlag Start is planning on releasing five volumes covering Luftwaffe emblems. The first book will cover Nah- und Fernaufklärer. It was supposed to be released last year but it is now listed for a Summer release.
