Searching for more NVM lists

Hello!
In the Bundesarchiv the following Namentliche Verlustlisten/NVM's of german Luftwaffe units can be found for free download:
NJG 1 to NJG 6, JG 53, JG 54, KGr. zbV 5, III./KG 55.

I will ask if there are more to be found in the Bundesarchiv or someone has more NVM than this ones.
Thanks in advance! Joerg.

Re: Searching for more NVM lists

Hi,

for all those who want to test and search for themselves and do not yet know the search engine.
You can go there without registering!
Just a little tip, maybe it will be of use to you: you can look it up without an exact file number. In this case it goes like this:
Open the search system "invenio" ( https://invenio.bundesarchiv.de/invenio/login.xhtml ) and click on the yellow "Suche" button (search).
Under „Suchbegriffe“ (search terms) enter „namentliche Verlustmeldung“ (loss report by name)
and tick the blue box next to „Nur Treffer mit Digitalisaten anzeigen“ (Only show hits with digital copies).

In the area of the Luftwaffe there are offered 54 hits, you will find the files of the various units.

Re: Searching for more NVM lists

You wiil find them and others under RL 10 and RL 5. But not the mentioned NVM for NJG 1 to 6.
All NVM has been scanned, but you have to obtain permission from Berlin to see them, and it can only be watched in Berlin and Freiburg.

Re: Searching for more NVM lists

The ones that are visible (RL5 and RL10) are the NVM that were allways at the MA Freiburg. I have made copies of these about 30+ years ago, mainly the JG 54 ones.

The bulk of all NVM's are at BA/PA Berlin. These are not visible and will not be visible for sometime. You will need to request permission to view and then you need to visit BA Berlin to view them. No copying allowed if I am not mistaken.

Re: Searching for more NVM lists

Hi,

I have a large number of Namentliche Verlustmeldungen, mainly JGs but not only. Although most of the sheets from JG 51 and JG 52 are missing from my collection.
I am open to swaps. Anyone interested can contact me by email (which can be found at www.luftwaffe.be).
Regards

Erik
