ABKI (Ausbildungskommando Instrument, or Training Unit for Instrument Flying) in Hungary

Does anyone have details of the activity of this Luftwaffe training unit in Hungary? I know that the head of this unit in 1943 was a certain Oberleutnant Stattler.
