Dornier Do 17 & 215 Nightfighters (Kauz I-III) – List & seeking infos

Hello,
I am seeking all additional information regarding these particular rare aircraft, especially with respect to WkNr., Stammkennzeichen, units & losses in order to complete this „Kauz puzzle“.

Unfortunately I haven't got any access to the GQM losses list (Freiburg is too far away).
Having studied several other open ressources incl. books and the web some information seem to be incorrect/unprecise.
Example: there was only one Do 17 Z-7 (Kauz I) !? --- There are photos showing at least 5 aircraft with individual codes (R4+HK, A, C, F & R4+EB).

In addition to that, there are pictures of one Do 17 Z-2 with glas nose & central 20mm MG FF, painted black overall,
having the „Englandblitz“ nightfighter crest, two lateral MGs in the B-Stand and the unit code R4+ZK (so 2./NJG 2)

Attached you an can find a list of my collected data so far (An ENGLISH translation can be provided if needed.)
Below a list Do 215 Werknummern, units etc.

Who has / knows where to find more ?

Huskie.

I don't know if it's a new one, but this photo is currently for sale on ebay in Germany.

Hello Huskie,

There will be a complete W.Nr. list with Stkz for all Do 215, as well as lists of converted Do 215 B-5 and Do 17 Z-7/10 in the upcoming Do 215 book soon to be released by Crecy. So you will find my 2 cents there.

Hi Huskie,
compliments for your work.
Unfortunately I'm unable to add or modify your data (my research is smaller than your).
Can you, please, provide an english translation?

Many thanks in advance
Giampiero Piva

Hello everybody,
thank you so far for your contributions:
@ Sirbob: interesting new picture! Thank you.
There are indeed some pictures of fixed-nose Do 17 Z(s) with a light underside (RLM 65/76) and the "Spanner" installed.
@ Modeldad: I have this picture already. Will check the remark in the list.
@ Mikael: I am looking forward to that book. I hope that everything will be correct there. Let's see.

Attached two rare photos from the Web.
English version of the list will follow soon on this thread.

Huskie from Northern Germany.

Gents,
here the updated list with texts in ENGLISH.

Again, some information are probably incorrect, misleading or doubled.
Any clarifiaction / support is highly appreciated.
I hope that Mikaels Do 215 book this summer will bring much more information.
Attached here 2 images of the all black Z-2 ( so a "KAUZ 0") with the 20mm MG-FF in the nose.
Best regards.
Huskie
