I am looking for info on the VVS aircraft and units that downed or damaged the following aircraft of AufklGr 125 (see) in the Baltic in 1941:

4.7.41 AR 196 GA+DV #1022 100% Liepaja flying boats

17.7 AR 95DK+UI #2347 10% Riga fighters
18.7 AR 96 A5 DK+VC #2367 100% Riga "3 enemy fighters (is this a AR 95?)

18.7 HE 114 #2574 35% (B) WIA

30.7 AR 95 # 2354 15% Sorve Peninsula hostile fire

31.7 AR 196 #0117 ?? Southern tip of Saarerma, cause unknown (B) WIA

2.8 AR 196 CK+FH #0093 100% Riga fighters 2 MIA

22.9 HE 114 B1 #2550 10% Pamu fighters

24.9 HE 114 b1 #2473 20% location unknown fighters (B) WIA

from notes:
23.7 HE 114 and HE 59 SNS 9 both damaged strafing by I-153s 13 IAP/VVS KBF not in Luftwaffe-zur-see.de

Yes, Ar95 is the correct type for WNr.2367.

The correct Werk-Nummern and type designations for your listing should be:

18.07.41 He 114A W.Nr. 2574 ?
30.07.41 Ar 95A-5 W.Nr. 2354 DK+UP
31.07.41 Ar 196A-4 W.Nr. 0117 GA+DQ/7R+BK
02.08.41 Ar 196A-2 W.Nr. 0093 CK+FH
22.09.41 He 114B W.Nr. 2550 7R+CK
24.09.41 He 114B W.Nr. 2573 7R+FK

Unfortunately I have no info about the Soviet aircraft they encountered.
