Volume 15 of this popular and moving series is now out.
Volume Fifteen covers 24th–26th September 1940 when the Luftwaffe caught the RAF by surprise by switching its attention from London to aircraft factories in the west. Filton and Southampton were both badly hit as RAF controllers tried to work out what the targets were and 12 Group squadrons suddenly found themselves in action again, on their own doorstep.
