Re: RAF 129sqn use of Fi156 in Norway 45-

No mention in 129 Squadron Operations Record Book (ORB) - they were at Vaernes and Gardemoen, not Sola

There is no mention in the 165 Sqn ORB either, again they were at Vaernes

The squadrons at Sola (while they were RAF controlled) were 130, 276, 330, 331, 332, 333 and 334. I do not have their records after May 45

Did you mean 129 Wing, not Sqn?

You probably know the following site already

Tanks for your replay Martin, you proably hav corect regarding 129 wing,
Is there any refrence to induvidual aircraft Sn / codes even if they were placced around in Norway?
I recon if a Fi156 was " based " at værnes they moved them around

Best regards
Ernst

The trouble is that by that stage of 1945, Sqns were not on operations so flight details would not be entered in the F540. Your best bet would be serving logbooks
