Re: Living Top German Aces

I had thought that Hans-Ekkehard Bob had flown his last in 2003? Perhaps I'm confuzzled.

I know he's got more than 10,000 hours up.

Hi,

yes, Franz Stigler is still alive and very strong! Recently I bought on ebay two pictures yours and a ME262 wite 3 poster (Stigler´s personal Me262 and not Galland´s ME262!) signed by himself.

Hans-Ekkehard Bob is still "on air". Piloting himself, I saw his touchdown with a Jodel in Speyer/Germany 2006.

Cheers, Horst

Re: Living Top German Aces

I have met Walter Schuck in December 2006 and Paul Zorner one week ago. Both of them are in good condition. On oct. 2006 I have seen Hajo Herrmann and Mr. Schlossstein, too.

@Horst Kube: When was Hans-Ekkehard Bob the last time in Speyer? I'havent seen him in 2006... Will he be there this year?

Does anybody have information about Wolfgang Falck?

regards,
pilot05

Wink Re: Living Top German Aces

A question for Steve Sheridan (or anyone else who can help) -- how is Wolfgang Falck's health condition?

I ask 'cos I visited him in mid-2002, and wanted to do the same in 2004 & 2005, but was told that he could not receive guests.

Wow! Thanks, Horst - I really appreciated the response.

Perhaps one day soon this year if anyone is coming to the States for shows, I would be with enough luck to meet one of them.

It would be my fondest wish to do so!

Best regards,

Cori
