Seeking Id of 10 x 6./JG26 pilots circa 10.39 in eBay photo
Hello,
This photo auctioned today on eBay. It shows ten 6./JG26 pilots--6 officers and four non-coms or enlisted--probably during the period Sept-Nov., 1939. The Staffel Kap, Hptm. Alfred Pomaska, is probably 5th from the left. It seems kind of unusual for there to be six officers in a Staffel at this point in the war. Who can help ID these men? Regards, |

Hello,
Third from left is probably Uffz. Josef Ganster. Just my guess. http://reibert.info/forum/attachment...6&d=1251270719 T. Last edited by Tomas Brezina; 1st June 2012 at 17:38. Reason: added link |
