1st Anti submarine Squadron CO Nov 1942?

Trying to locate the full name of 1st Anti submarine Squadron USAAC Commanding Officer when the unit first came to UK in November 1942, and if it was the same person in February 1943 ?

Thank you for your time and consideration

Kind Regards
