Overrun Luftwaffe planes, Germany 1945

Dear all,

I just stumbled on a few pictures, mainly taken at Neubiberg between May and June 1945 by Gerald Hall, 157th Infantry Regiment.

The first one shows a shot down Bf 109 G in France:

The others are self explaining. I remember having seen this one last year on an E-bay auction (Thanks Ed, as usual!):

if I remember well, it is a Hungarian Bf 109 G-10/U4 from the 101 Vadaszszasad.

Here are the others:

Note the odd markings on this Fw 190: SP+SO and "10"

A Bf 109 G or K stands to the left of the Me 262.

An Arado 234, between a Bf 110, a Siebel 204 and a Ju 88 G

At least one of those two other Fw 190 shots was also taken at Neubiberg, and not as said along the Autobahn: SP+SO "10" is the same machine which was photographed by Gerald Hall. Those two pics were taken by Lewis Long, C Battery, 171st Field Artillery Battalion

This picture, taken by Edwin Gorak, B Battery, 158th Fa Bn, shows the charred remains of a Ju 88 G, taken in April 1945

Those other pics were taken by memebrs of the 645th Tank Destroyer Battalion along the Autobahn. This Me 262 delocalized plant was already discussed, quite recently.
