help to track down french crew families
Dear All,
On the 13th May 1940 a French Potez 63-11 (297)was shotdown above Poppel(B) by a Me109(1/JG26) and crashed mins later near a small village called Oirschot in Holland. We have plans to erect a memorial at the spot where the aircraft crashed which killed the three crewmembers. I would like to get in touch with the French families of this crew. Louis Leygnac from Clermont and buried RIOM(P.de.C), Albert Wiccaert or Wiscaert who is buried on a cemetery at Dunkerque. Gabriel Coqueton is buried at Kapelle (Zeeland)French War Cemetery in Holland. Who can help me(us) with tracking down the families, is there someone who can make photograph(s) of the graves of the crewmembers. Is there a photograph available from the crew and/or aircraft?? Many Thanks, Adrian van Zantvoort |
