The War Lords volume 2 ?

Hello,

Since the sad loss of Barry Money, who together with wife Ann gave us the first volume of "The Warlords, the 4th,20th & 55th Fighter Groups" in full colour.

There has been no further news of the second volume that was promised.

Has anyone heard of any news with regard to this second volume?
