WHO can read this?

Hi All,
Please find attached a page of a document belonged to a WWI pilot who crashed in Alsace in 1918. I try to find out to which unit he belonged to.
His daughter which is already more than 80 years old could tell me that he was heavily insured and was brought to a hospital in Hagenau, France. Who can read the text? Thanks in advance
Rolf
