Stamp on the back of german picture

Hi all,

I have a picture in my collection with the following stamp at the back:
Bildstelle Fl. H. Kdtr. E 11 / XVII

I presume Fl. H. Kdtr. means Fliegerhorst Kommandatur which translates as Airbase HQ.

What does E 11 / XVII means?

Kind regards,
Rudi.

According to "Fliegerhorstkommandanturen und Flugplätze der deutschen Luftwaffe 1939-1945" by Mattiello:

- "Fl. H. Kdtr." translates as "Air Force Station Command."

- the E indicates an "E-Hafen" (Einsatzplatz or Einsatzhafen), which is a well-camouflaged military airfield, e.g. all gasoline tanks underground.

- the Roman numeral indicates the Luftgaukommando that formed the unit.

- Fl.H.Kdtr. E 11/XVII was part of Koflug 19/XI Beauvais, and included the airfields Beauvais-Tille, Beauvais-Nivillers, Fournival, Sauqueuse and Rouen-Boos.
