picture of RAF aircraft to identify

Hello,

Could somebody identify the attached picture. May be (probably ?) a Blenheim ? as for the markings, I think I can decipher a U (letter-code) the other letter being unreadable and - for the serial - V(or U) 5437 or 5937 ...

its a Blenheim serial starts with V....

Hi Pierre,
I would read the serial as V5537, which was a Blenheim IV.

problably V5997 82 Sq. lost 13. May 1941 near St. Nazaire (?)

hm then maybe V5517 107 Sq. marking OM - ? 23. June 1941 near Dünkirchen. ?

Not V5997 as I have 8 photos of this the day after and although looking similar, the tail unit had fallen the other way
