Re: Help to ID panels

088 7005 to me does not have known fate (as far as I know/knew).
My guess is now Norway / Denmark, from photo text! "Tysk fly" (German Aircraft)

Plate: Drawing number 88.624 was for Ju 88 A-1 engine cowing (Motorverkleidung) & more variants with Jumo 211 A/B/C/G engines - Ju 88 C-1/2 and D-2 also had same drawing number. Here right side of engine cowling (both engines) Ju 88 A-1 (088)7005 was made by Dornier Werke GmBH, Friedrichshafen, in November 1939, R stands here for Rechts (right side). Plane likely not delivered untill about February/March 1940. But quite in time for Nordic Invasion 11.04.1940.

But these parts could very easily have been transferred to other plane (by engine change for example).

All this is of course not very exact, but gives the idea of time-frame.

Re: Help to ID panels

Pretty sure the Werk Nr. shown is the werk of the panel itself...not of the aircraft. the "R" denotes "Rechts"
