French Aircraft Industry under German control

A few years back I downloaded a thesis I found on the Internet dealing with this topic. Unfortunately, I can no longer find it. I'm sorry but I can't recall the author's name and wonder whether anyone else has stumbled across something on this theme.

Is this what you meant? This thesis deals with the french aircraft industry in the area of Toulouse. Very interesting!

I think there was some reference in Adam Tooze's "The Wages of Destruction." He was talking about the Germans' failure to realise anything like pre-war productivity in the occupied countries.
