2nd Lt Bolender Alfred 56FG 63FS

Hello to all

I am looking for the date when the 2nd Lt Bolender Alfred M. (RTD) 56th FG 63rd FS had made a crash landing while chasing a Me-262

Phil,

Only reference to this crash seems to be mentioned on the P-47 pilots website. If it happened (it says "in Belgium") then perhaps after Bolender's mishap at Boxted in Jan. 45.

Alfred Bolender died on 3 Jan. 2005 in Kettering, Ohio at the age of 83.
