Thanks for your input. All the other photos of this seller's batch sale being definitely taken at München-Oberwiesenfeld, there is a fair chance this Ju 87 D was also taken there.

Useless input as it turns out! You're quite right Marc, I put the image through Photoshop and the unit code is D3 = NSGr. 2 (they used a white unit code, rather than the usual black). The last location I have for NSGr. 2 is "Brunnenthal" on 25 April 1945 with 26 (12) aircraft.

Brunnethal is in Austria and isn't on the indispensable DeZeng/Stankey list, so I think it was probably Brunnthal south of Munich.

P.S. Interesting camouflage too, a pattern of large blotches by the look of it.
