Luftwaffe LKpW-101 or Russian Tank conversion
Hi Folks,
This is my first post so please go easy on me. Can anyone give me some info on this helmet please, I'm not sure if it's Luftwaffe or Russian Tank conversion. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers. Kev Attachment 10040 |

It does have the standard luftwaffe plug on the end of the lead, is that normal for Russian.

Re: Luftwaffe LKpW-101 or Russian Tank conversion
yes...the Russians had a nearly identical plug to the Luftwaffe one...so they kept the German ones on, as they fit their own system.
100% this is a Luftwaffe helmet...but captured or used post-war by the Russians, and had the padding added. |
