Major Herbert Lorch K.G.1.

Can anyone tell me who was the crew with Major Herbert Lorch R.K and Kommanmdeur of K.G.1 were when they were shot down over Brjansk any help is appriciated.

For notes on the losses of Oberstltn. Peter Schemmel and Major Herbert Lorch in the Luftwaffe Genst.Gen.Qu.6.Abt. records at the BA/MA see the topic "Wehrmachtsauskunftstelle fur Kriegeverluste und Kriegsgefangene (WASt) - 5" on the "Archives in Germany: General Information" forum.

With regards to Major Herbert Lorch and his demise on 19-August-1942, does anyone by chance have a copy of the NVM that they are able to share at all?

in the Gen.Qu. loss report from 21 August 1942 is listed:
19.8. Stab II./KG 1 Feindflug, Ort: bei Kolodesy, Ursache: Absturz infolge Jägerbeschuß, Aufschlagbrand.
Ju 88 A-4 4170 V4+CC 100%
F Major Herbert Lorch (Gruppenkommandeur) vermisst
Bf Uffz Peter Cremerius vermisst
B Fw Eduard May verletzt
Bs Uffz Thomas Haberer vermisst.
