Me-110 C-1 W. Nr. 70200 - Info needed

I am looking at an old data tag. Seperating the part number from rest, it seems as though the W. Nr. is either 70200 or 365.

Does anyone have any reference to which is correct? 70200 seems to high...

Any info on the plane?

Thanks!

mike

There is a gap in the records between the 56xxxx series and the start of the 71xxxx series. There were all G-2s. this would normally indicate there were no Cs with that 700xxx range.

Hi John!

The only other number on the data plate is 365 (once I filter out the part number). Any thoughts if that may be the werk instead?

Thanks for your help.

Mike

The only Bf 110 C-1s built by MIAG were in the W. Nr. range 2801 to 2840, according to the Petrick/Mankau book. None of the numbers on that plate, therefore, would apply to a MIAG Bf 110 C-1 W. Nr. according to that reference.
