Ju 88 A4 forced landing 19 May 1942 Bardufoss area
Seeking addidional information regarding this Ju 88 of III./KG 30 which made a successful forced landing on the frozen lake Storfjellvatnet, north of Bardufoss in northern Norway. It was only 15% damaged so crew probably unhurt. Werkenummer is known to be 1218.

Thanks Brian.
Guess it's hard to find more info since none were injured. I did not find any wreckage either when visiting the wreck site. regds Kjell |
