PP-TFE registered 04 August 1939 to Aeroclube de Minas Gerais and discharged 05 September 1944. I do not have more details.

911 in fuselage of Royal Yugoslav Air Force (RYAF) Buecker Bu-131D wasn't W.Nr. It is RYAF serial number.

The 911 was not painted on the fuselage but on the fin. As far as I know the serial numbers of Bu131s were always single or double digits only

Dear Sergio,

JUST to confirm, PP-TEZ (Alberto Bertelli's - the famous Brazilian Acrobat - plane) is under restoration at RIO CLARO Airclub. I have seen the machine myself some time ago (1 year or so) and do recommend you a trip there to take pictures, etc...

My late father (born at Rio Claro) used to go to the Airclub's boundary to see the "Old Man" fly the circuit inverted and just snap roll to a normal touch down with this same Bucker 131...

Bertelli's Certificates and Licenses are there too, on a plaque inside Rio Claro Airclub.

Thanks for the additional info on PP-TFE. In your 1st list you put the reg date as 04.08.39 but in your last note this is now listed as 04.08.38. If it is August 1938 would this not put it within the sphere of Bu131s in the 1st batch of 5 aircraft?

Translating (From the above site) for everyone who flew or used to fly (like me) or still flies (one of his - Bertelli's - Dicta):

Sorry, sorry, I have corrected the date. Sometimes I mix numbers and letters then have to correct, correct and correct again... 1939 is the correct year. I´m always grateful for someone pointing mistakes I do when writing.
