News: I. Gruppe Jagdgeschwader 52, by Barbas
Bernd Barbas was kind enough to share the following information with us:For I / JG 52 all text files are now complete, I just have to process the pictures with my friends. My friends are relatively slow, but I think we are ready next spring.
When the book is ready for sale, I will contact all purchasers of II / JG 52.
In Eds list of fotos for 29.11.05 there is an offer for 4 pictures of Me 262s. Included are 2 pictures of a bombed city. I am not quite sure, but it seems to me, this is Ulm, my home town. The two gothic rear towers shot from the main tower to the east, in the background one destroyed church right and left the Gänsturm ( goose tower ) of the outer wall.
And alsoA lot of people are calling me about, when will be the book ready?
The answer should be, I will inform everyone, when the book is ready for sale. Its nice when people show interest, but I have to wait too, until my friends are ready.
So I have to ask for patience.

It is good to know that this next volume will be published (at all), having some patience will be a relatively small price to pay!
Perhaps I am getting repetative, but I am really looking forward to this book.
