B-25J 44-29509- 17 TRS - 71 RG - SWPA?
Unless I'm very much mistaken, the metal-finish B-25 in this film clip has serial 44-29509. Plane was used in DDT spraying over polio stricken Rockford, Ill. in late August 1945.

Camouflaged and armed? At least, decal firms tell us that much.... Joe Baugher has no info on #509. Info welcome. Regards, Leendert

Hi Lee. The artwork on the HK Model box-art says 509 but should be 44-29590 "My Buck" flown by Capt. Piazzo (71st TRS) this was in the Philippines late in the war. I think the decal sheet has correct serial. She was camouflaged in line with Fifth AF policy.
