Signature of Hauptmann Otto Stams? (KG 1)

Can anyone please confirm that the attached signature is from Hauptmann Otto Stams at all?

It is from a II./KG 1 Beurteilungsnotiz dated 07-November-1940, and is signed as i.v. On this date, Stams was (I believe) serving in III./KG 1, hence the possibility that he could of signed the document on behalf of the Gr. Kdr. II./KG 1.

I 'think' the signature does indeed read as Stams however, I am hoping that someone here might be able to confirm this either way.

Any help really will be very well received.

Regards Richard.
