Seeking details of a B-24 J -60

Hello,
Am seeking details of the loss of a B-24J-60.

Serial number 42-99998
Believe the Unit to have been the 212 BU.
Place given of accident is Idaho
Date 29/12/1944.
I have crew names but cannot find details of the crash or if there was an MACR.

Many thanks
Alex

Hi Alex!

If you have Fatal Army Air Forces Aviation Accidents in United States 1941-1945. Vol 3. by Anthony J. Mireles

Page 1010. Accident happened in Meridian Idaho.
Pilot 2/Lt. James L. Fisher?

I can send you a pm if requested of what it says if you already have the book?
