Attack On Blockade Runner OSORNO 25 Dec 43

Can anybody list the units involved on the attack of the German blockade runner Osorno and the escorting destroyers on 25 December 1943?

I seem to remember from a book it was halifaxes of 58 or 502 Sqn,
Hopefully someone else can confirm or deny this...

Hi all,

Eight Halifaxes of 502 Squadron took off between 1230 and 1330 to find and attack Osorno. They bravely pressed home their attacks in the face of intense flak thrown up by the blockade-runner and her escorts. One aircraft claimed to have scored a hit on the German ship but in fact Osorno survived unscathed.
