Airmen rescued from the Channel 1940
Hi
Has anyone ever compiled a list of RAF and Luftwaffe airmen rescued from the Channel, specifically during August/September 1940? By whatever means - by ASR and seaborne craft. Could be interesting if not already accomplished! Take care Brian |

Problem is from a German point of view, if uninjured, they wouldn't have been listed like this chap was. All I have for him is Aug 40

Interesting yes but it would be incomplete from both sides and therefore of only limited use. It is like RAF fighter pilots taken POW in the BofB-at least that was achievable but only as an article
