Hello
I am looking for any kind of iinfo related to Commander Yasushi Nikaido , , Kijiro Naguchi, Tetsuo Sento , Seiji Iseki , Kikue Otokuni, Shigenobu Takahara , Tomikichi Maruta, Katsumi Tanaka and Shinpei Sano who fought their Zero during PH raid in december 41. Please let me know anything about their ultimate fate, as I consider them as among Navy's best pilots I doubt they diud survive war. Kind regards, Bogdan |

Quote:
You seek the book Nihon Kaigun Sentokitai by HATA, Ikuhiko, and Yasuho IZAWA (Tokyo: Kantosha; 1971, revised 1975). The 1975 edition was translated as Japanese Naval Aces and Fighter Units in World War II. Translated by Don Cyril GORHAM. (Annapolis, MD: Naval Institute Press; 1989). Your local library's Interlibrary loan department can get this volume in either Japanese or English version. Cheers, David Aiken |
