Intruders October 5th 1944 East Anglia?

Hi,

Was there any German intruder activity over Norfolk / Suffolk on October 5th 1944?

Any details welcome.

None recorded in the Bletechley Park Operational Watch report for the night of 5/6 October; no North Sea security reconnaissance either. III./KG 3 launched at least 12 V-1s from over the North Sea and the defenders claimed one He 111.

Kommando Götz did have orders for daylight cover of SE England on the 5th and 6th.

Don't forget that the intruders had quite defined dates ie up to Oct 41 then Aug 43 to June 1944 then March 1945 although the odd aircraft did come over
