24.01.41 Lt. and pilot, awarded DKG, 1.(F)/Aufkl.Gr. 122.
16.04.42 awarded Ritterkreuz, 1.(F)/Aufkl.Gr. 122.
06.11.42 MIA - Ju 88 D-1 (F6+MH) after running out of fuel, but later returned.
01.01.43 promo to Hptm.
13.03.43 in 1.(F)/Aufkl.Gr. 122 (to 16.04.43).
16.04.43 trf to Führer-Reserve Ob.d.L.
09.44 again in 1.(F)/Aufkl.Gr. 122.
10.44 Hptm. and Staka 4./Flugzeugüberführungsgeschwader 1.
