Gen.Oberst Ritter von Schobert Storch Crash

I seek details and facts about the death of Gen.Oberst Ritter von Schobert and his pilot an unknown Luftwaffe captain while flying north of Odessa on Sept 12, 1941. Various Luftwaffe books of mine contradicting the details , some indicate that was killed while the Storch of Kurrierstaffel landed on a mine field North of Nikolaev and other say North of Odessa.....an other Lufwaffe book pin points the crash location somewhere near Odessa.

An other books describing the crash somewhere in Bessarabia and an other near Fedorovka which is Kirowograd area. More confussing is the event itself . On Sept 12, 41 a Black Sea Naval Fleet pilot of 9 IAP claims a VIP Storch shot down , an other pilot from 69 IAP on Odessa's area claims it too, an other pilot of 101 OIAE Black Sea Naval Fleet Sqd. moved from Bechtery /Crimea to join the 69 IAP in the defense of Odessa, makes a smilar claim. So what has really happened ? mines field or the air to air theory ? if mines field ,what was the reason for their landing into the no man's land given Luftwaffe's superior pilot training ? what was the name of the Storch's Captain ? One of my Luftwaffe books depicting the coffin with his body being prepared for airlifting from an airfield near Odessa to Nikolaev, though Odessa was evacuated only a month later ( city which never capitulated) and no airfields around Odessa were yet in German hands . Fact is that both are buried at Nikolaev.

Thanks in advance
