FW-190A-1/2 Tactical markings

Hi all,
I am looking for photos of the fuselage of the attached aircraft for the tactical markings. It has been identified as brown '7' of JG 26 but I have never seen any photos showing these markings. I am aware of profiles etc. but not photos. I am assuming since profiles and other artwork depicts it as brown '7' must be some photographic evidence out there somewhere.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

In some books I have come across the info that the aircraft belonged to 7./JG 1, the relevant link here http://axis-and-allies-paintworks.co...topic.php?8931 - cannot be sure whether that indeed is the case, or otherwise

Hi Sydney,
Thanks for your reply and information.
If I recall correctly, this aircraft and several others that were similar were used for pilot conversion training into the FW-190A5/6. JG 1 sounds right.

Rick

Re: FW-190A-1/2 Tactical markings

Hello Rick
Did you manage to find any further proofs of the fuselage markings on this aircraft? This is one of the aircraft that I've been trying also to find info about and I have managed to find few photos showing this & another machine with the Shark Mouth but none of them really showing the Fuselage which makes things really hard...
If anyone else knows anything - please share some light on the subject!
Best,
Milos
