Loss details required for 15.08.1943 Lt. Ballmann

Hi All, We have had this message sent to us but I cannot find anything on this loss. Here is the message, hoping someone can help further.

Hello, I am searching for a possible relative Lt. Heinrich Ballmann, who went down and is missing August 15 1943 in Algiers, with two other people Rudolph Busch and Hans Strauss. Any information on them would be great.

Thank you!

The entries in GQM from 21 Aug 1943 "430567 and 4U+C1, crew missing" were corrected on 25 Aug and 20 Sep 1943. Quotations: Ändere Werk-Nr. 430567 in 430702 (Ju 88). Ändere Kennzeichen 4U+C1 in 4U+CH. Besatzung Ballmann unverletzt zurück.

Leo
