Hi

On 16/6/41 flowwing British airmen rescued by German sea rescue service

Pilot Officer D Kennedy
pilot Officer E Briggs
Sargent C.M Edgar

On 27/6/41 Sargent Bjoneby

I am looking for Squadron, type and serial of the a/c please

The first three are listed in the rafcommands POW list as being from 59 Squadron (Coastal Command) flying Hudsons.

Someone with the Coastal Command Losses Volume 1 should be able to help you. If not post a message on their boards.:

There is no mention of a Bjoneby in the aforementioned POW list

Hi,

Not quite right for No.59 and Hudson it was a Blenheim IV.

No serial known (even Charles Henry Edgar only recorded the aircraft as Y in his log book).
