Check of several Beaufighter & Mosquito claims details for Nachtjäger shot down, 1943-44

Dear all,

For the research of the upcoming Nachtjäger bio volume in the Nachtjagd Combat Archive series (est. 1100 individual entries), I need to check about 25 Beaufighter & Mosquito claims details for Nachtjäger shot down in 1943 and 1944. This concerns the following Squadrons:

25; 29; 85; 141; 157; 219; 239; 406; 409; 410; 418; 488; 604 and 605 Squadrons.

Who would be willing and able to help me checking these details -this mainly concerns filling in the correct serial numbers plus crew details?

Cheers, Theo

Theo,
I should have the a/c serials. PM me a list, and your email, and I will check my files.

Enjoy!

Frank.

Thanks for your replies chaps, you will be hearing from me.

FYI; the NCA series NJ bio volume will contain the following details for the est. 1100 individual Nachtjäger, Bordfunker and Bordschütze with one or more victories:
-final rank and full name
-operational units served with in WWII, in chronological order
-details on claims, split up as follows: confirmed victories by night (total, West, East); confirmed victories by day (total, West, East), victory claims awaiting confirmation
-fate of individual pilot/BF/BS
This volume will also be fully illustrated by some 120, mainly previously unpublished, photos.

Cheers, Theo
