TRENDLE,
VERY KIND OF YOURS to put here all the claims, names and units involved. Although the thread is not mine, I do appreciate your kindness. Most welcomed. A. |

Adriano,
I`m honoured And for Chris, Arbing exists, Landwiesen not neither in Germany nor in Austria. Jenkins means Langwiesen, east-northeast of Linz - Österreich. Someone must have spelled that wrong, which occurs in particular in the often similar-sounding German Cities and Communities. But that`s not so important and just a side note. Fred |

Re: 4./NJG 100 on 04/05/1945
One plane WNr. 621 506 W7+?? (clear show on two pictures) belly landing, crew saved, morning at 8.00 hrs close Netolice, south of Bohemia.
About the two crash in Austria interested Mr. Karl Affenzeller of Freistadt, if I know well, he both cases confirmed from local sources. |
