Dennis,
It appears that C-54 undershot runway, landing gear collapsed, explosion followed. Most victims due to poorly executed evacuation. Next to names already mentioned, other DNB were: Pfc Ralph E. Defore (35099736) Cpl Jerry J. Kozlik (17122943) Sgt Theodore W. Ruiz (39013435) Pfc James T. Coleman (34475467) Pfc Adolph A. Mazzocco (36350674) Cpl Thomas J. Savage (37176149) Pfc Gerard Barba (12149351) Next to Shannon and Wimmer, Defore was a crew member too. In total 7 crew (3 DNB) and 11 PAX (9 DNB). Regards, Leendert
