LW Ingenieur Rudolf von Gordon

I am looking for info and photos of Luftwaffe Flieger-Stabsingenieurs Rudolf von Gordon. I recently received a tunic and trousers that came from the von Gordon estate. This is the reason I am trying to research him.

In addition, is there a place to find general information about the Ingenieurkorps der Luftwaffe? I am having a hard time locating info about this branch of the Luftwaffe.

Hi Bill,

Unfortunatley I am not aware of any single reference which goes into detail regarding the LW Ingeniuer Corp. Apart from reference material which might touch upon specific individuals or ranking officers it is an area in need of more reference material.

Is there any way you can obtain additional info. from the von Gordon family???If so they will most likely be able to fill in the basic details date of birth, units, awards, etc.. This would at least provide a starting point to pin down more specifics related to his service and where he served. The only thing I can tell you is that he was most likely not a DKiS winner, sources I have do not list him.
