Details on Anton Freiberger - flugzeugfuhrer in a Jagdgeschwader

Hi,

Even less information than usual!

Can anyone help provide information on the loss of Anton Freiberger?
He was a Oberfeldwebel and flugzeugfuhrer in a Jagdgschwader.

The other information on his sterbebild reads 'gestorben in einem Reserve Lazarett Menden-Iserlohn am Rhein infolge schwerer Verwundung' but not sure what this translates into.

Any help on this one would be appreciated.

Obfw Anton Freiberger is shown in JG 26 War Diary vol 2 as bailing out with serious burns and two broken legs on 10th. Dec 1944 and dying of his injuries in April 1945. He was flying Fw 190A-8 738134 white 7 of 1/JG 26 and fell to P 47s of the 373 FG at 1545 hrs at Duren-Eschweiler.
I think the translation is approx. 'died in a reserve Hospital at Menden-Islerlohn on Rhein following severe wounding'.
