I'm not a specialist in ordnance but look like 2000lb High Capacity bombs.

Yes, I would agree, 2000 lb HC bombs ("cookies") with (I believe) "drum" tails. The 2000 lb bomb had a diameter of 18.5 inches while a 4000 lb cookie, for example, had a diameter of 30 inches. Judging bomb size by the men in the photo, I would guess these bombs are the smaller version.

This may be a 4,000 pound "cookie" with a "drum tail." The tail unit meant the bomb would drop straight down. The problem with this type of bomb was the three detonators in the front which would sometimes cause the bomb to explode shortly after release when it encountered the airflow.
