Sola 30th September 1943
A flight left Sola, Stavanger on 30th Sept 1943 just after 23:00 hrs carrying a spy.
At approx. 00:40 hrs, the "trapdoor" opened and the spy parachuted into Scotland. I would be keen to know if anybody knows what type of aircraft this was? |

Re: Sola 30th September 1943
Hi Junker
The National Archives and the record of a spy called Hansen who was dropped in Fraserburgh. There were several attempts but weather improved on 30th for the drop. The interogation mentions a trapdoor on the plane. |
