Ju 87 of I./StG 165 crash Sudeten, October 1938

I search for exact identification of Ju 87 W.Nr. 0129, possibly of I./StG. 165, fatally crashed during training flight at Kriegern near Saaz, Sudeten (now Kryry near Zatec, Czech Republic). The events take place sometime in October 1938.
Exact date, names and fates of crew, unit, circumstances?
