Me 262 May 1945 Prague
Hello,

does somebody have any information about Me 262s which were shot down in Prague and/or around Prague during May 5 until May 8 1945. Any detials will be welcome.

Michal all I have is that on 6th Ltn Schimmel was killed and on the 7th Uffz Poling and Ltn Strothmann was shot down in the Prague area all belonging to I/KG51. This is from acouple of books so I do not have any confirmation or details,

It should be Pöling not Poling. All three belonged to 2./KG 51 and Obltn. Strothmann's first name is Heinz.

I am sorry but I lost your Email address. You asked for the 25 Mar 1945 mission report (there are 3) and I have them but seem to have lost your address.
