Can somebody what this means ?

CF your second picture :

- the latch you showed on picture 1 is located on the other side of the panel shown in picture 2, right ?
- is this panel the one on the left side on the FW190 ?

Hello,
Indeed, the first photo shows the visible part (black part) of the lock. The need to learn this piece for the lock opens.
The panel is probably the panel on the side of the cabin (first aid kit?)
This type of lock was present in many parts of the device. There are even some in the cockpit.
This lock is located on other German aircraft.
