eBooks about the RAF and Commonwealth air forces during WWII

I have found some free eBooks on the operations by commonwealth air forces during WWII especially from Australia. I hope that some of you can add some more books to the list. I prefer a normal book for reading but the possibility to use key-words or names when seeking information in eBooks saves a lot of time.

New Zealand
The official histories can be found on:
http://www.nzetc.org/tm/scholarly/subject-000004.html
  • Royal New Zealand Air Force by J.M.S. Ross
  • New Zealanders with the Royal Air Force (Vol. I to III) by H.L. Thompson
In html and Microsoft Reader eBook-format

Australia

  • Volume IV – Air Power Over Europe, 1944–1945 (1st edition, 1963) by John Herington
