70716 Watson, Flt Lt Gerald

Hi guys

Flt Lt Gerald Watson (70716) was a Wellington pilot who volunteered to fly Hurricanes on arrival at Malta early 1941, while awaiting a replacement aircraft.

He was killed in action on 12 February 1941.

Does anyone know of his previous service as a Wellington pilot?

Cheers
Brian
